Directions:

Primer or Painted Surface
– Clean with a VOC-compliant cleaner and scuff using an abrasive pad
– Re-clean to remove debris before applying the seam sealer auto body compound
– Pierce the seal, install the nozzle, then remove the metal seal
– Insert the poly urethane adhesive sealant into a caulking gun and trim the nozzle
– Apply the seam binding compound and tool it to achieve the desired finish
– Allow 45 minutes for curing. For best results, wait 24 hours and scuff prior to painting

Weld Through
– Strip coatings around the weld flanges
– Apply the auto body seam sealer and brush to cover all bare metal
– Align and use a shunt clamp to hold before starting to weld

Bare Metal
– Clean with a VOC-compliant cleaner and grind or scuff weld nuggets or locations
– Re-clean to remove debris before applying the automotive panel bond adhesive compound
– Pierce the seal, install the nozzle, then remove the metal seal and trim the nozzle
– Apply the paintable seam sealer and tool it to achieve the desired finish
– Allow 45 minutes for curing. For best results, wait 24 hours and scuff prior to painting
